Please be advised that the E-Invoice that you will receive in your email from your Online Purchase will serve as the official Sales Invoice approved by BIR.

Requests for Manual Sales Invoice will no longer be accepted as the E-Invoice is already an approved BIR document.

Kindly note that your UNIQLO PH account membership details will be used for the E-Invoice

Original receipt of purchase is needed for product exchange/refund within 30 days after purchase date provided that the product is purchased from any of the UNIQLO Philippines physical stores. For items purchased through the official UNIQLO online store, the packing list and return form are required to be presented within 30 days after receipt of shipment confirmation email.

We would like to inform you that UNIQLO accepts product returns or exchanges as long as the item/s are eligible based on our Returns Policy. However, here are the items that are not accepted due to hygienic purposes:

  • Socks
  • Innerwears (e.g. Bra, Undergarments, HEATTECH and AIRism Inner Wears)
  • Camisoles
  • Baby Products
  • AIRism Accessories (e.g. Mask, Sheets, Pillowcases, etc.)
  • Accessories (e.g., earrings, hats, and hair ties)
  • Any Package Items except if it is damaged, defected, or faulty item
  • Items that have been washed or laundered
  • Used Items

Some accessories such as bags, belts, scarf, stole, sunglasses, hats, shoes (EXCEPT Room Shoes) and other accessories that are not packaged may be returned or exchanged.

Any signs of use, stains, and scratches on the product shall be grounds to refuse return or exchange of the product.

Return Policy

  1. For product exchanges or refunds, the original purchase receipt must be presented within 30 days of the product's purchase date, as long as the item was bought from one of UNIQLO Philippines' physical locations.
  2. Items bought using a coupon can be returned or exchanged. The entire transaction amount less the coupon price will be the amount that is refunded.
  3. Refunds are only available in the same shop where the item or items were purchased, including online orders that were paid for in-store.
  4. With the exception of unusual sizes or items that are only available online, product exchanges can be handled at any of our UNIQLO Philippines physical locations.
  5. Items that were on sale at the time of purchase may be returned or exchanged for another item, depending on the net amount shown on the receipt.
  6. Returns and exchanges are not available for products bought in bulk.
  7. For products to qualify for this return policy, they must be brand-new, in their original packaging, and with the price tags and labels still attached.
  8. The following items: Socks, inner wear, camisole, baby products, AIRism accessories (e.g. mask, sheet and pillowcase, etc.) and any packaged items or accessories (e.g. books, toys, plates, etc.) are not eligible for exchanges or refunds for hygiene reasons, unless they are damaged, defective, or faulty.
  9. No returns or exchanges are accepted for items that have been sent for alteration.
  10. Fast Retailing Philippines Inc. retains the right to make the ultimate decision and to define and restrict, reject, and/or deny customer returns, as well as to delete or freeze customer accounts for any reason at any time.
